National Sales Compensation Survey
The National Sales Compensation Survey is a comprehensive survey containing a wealth of hard-to-find, up-to-date compensation, benefits and practices, and expense allowance information. The scope and content of this survey exceeds that of many national sales surveys at a lower cost.
This survey is published with the cooperation of 16 participating employer associations nationwide who are part of the Employer Associations of America (EAA).
A total of 682 U.S. firms, reporting on 1,346 locations, submitted data for this report, which includes industry breakouts and incumbent-based information with 8,954 rates reported.
