National Salary Budget Survey
The National Salary Budget Survey reports on actual and projected pay change and variable/bonus award data.

This survey is published with the cooperation of 24 participating employer associations nationwide who are part of the Employer Associations of America (EAA).

Data are reported for All Regions and are further broken out by Midwest, Northeast, Southern, and Western regions.

Release Date: October 2012

In addition to the geographic reporting, data are broken out by:

• Number of employees (five ranges)
• Organization Type (For Profit or Non-Profit)
• Industry Type (Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing)
• Employee Categories
• Production, Maintenance, Material Handling, and Service – Union
• Production, Maintenance, Material Handling, and Service – Non-Union
• Non-Exempt Office, Clerical, and Technical
• Exempt Supervisory, Managerial, and Professional
• Executives
